Gary has served at Grace for over 45 years as the primary preaching pastor. He grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and attended Piedmont Bible College (now Piedmont International University). He was called to Grace Reformed in 1970 while still completing his studies at Piedmont. Gary is married to Sherry who served as the church secretary for over 40 years. Gary and Sherry have three children and eight grandchildren.

Stu was born in North Carolina but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Clemson University in South Carolina for his undergraduate studies and received his theological training from Trinity Ministerial Academy in New Jersey. Stu was called to be a pastor of Grace in 1992. He is married to Beth and has three children and one grandchild. Stu preaches and teaches regularly and is actively engaged in counseling ministry.
Andy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill where he met his wife Courtney. Andy received a B.A. in English Literature and is in the process of completing his master’s degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte. Andy and Courtney have three children. Andy was called to the church in 2001. He preaches often, provides oversight to many of the church’s ministries and has been actively engaged in ministerial training overseas for several years.

Charles graduated from Columbia Bible College and served as a pastor in Baltimore before coming to Mebane. He became the church’s second pastor in 1979. In addition to occasional preaching and teaching, Charles contributes faithfully to the work of visitation, the jail ministry and the Flourisher’s Fellowship. He and his wife Carol have three children and three grand children.
Robert attended Iowa State University and eventually transferred and graduated from Summit University for his undergraduate degree. He received his Master of Divinity from Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia. After 30 years of pastoral ministry, mostly in South Florida, Robert transitioned to Grace in 2007 to lead the church’s ministerial training efforts full-time. Robert spends most of his time training ministerial students in the church but also provides counsel and oversight. Robert is married to Susan and they have two children and eight grandchildren.
Stephen spent his childhood in Ohio and then Virginia. He has received degrees from Liberty University, Virginia Tech, and the University of Virginia and has earned a PhD in special education. His primary work has been as an elementary teacher and now as a university professor at Elon preparing teachers to work with children with special needs. He and his wife Lori have four children. Stephen was ordained as a pastor in 2012. His ministry responsibilities involve college ministry, pulpit supply, counseling, and event planning.
Bob grew up primarily in Western North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.S. in History Education. In 1979 he married his wife, Carol, who also graduated from BJU. Bob served as a deacon at Grace for about ten years before becoming a pastor in 2012. Bob and Carol have two sons and four grandchildren. Bob is actively engaged in our college ministry and local nursing home ministry and provides private pastoral care, prayer and counsel to many.
Carol grew up in the North Chicago, IL area, then Charlotte, NC after her family relocated. An NC State graduate, she soon thereafter married Dana. Carol home-educated their children for 14 years, and is now enjoying her role supporting the leadership and ministries of Grace.
Holly was born and raised in California. She attended Rutgers University in New Jersey for her undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Durham Tech for Web Technologies. Holly was called to office support for Grace in 2015. She has four children. Holly provides computer application and office administration support to the pastors, deacons, and various ministries of the church family.
